Parking Rules & Agreement

1.No idling for more than 15 minutes in the lot.
2.All vehicles must display a valid parking pass at all times.
3.No repairs, fluid changes, or maintenance work in the lot.
4.No overnight sleeping in vehicles is permitted.
5.Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) loads are not permitted.
6.Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle.
7.Management reserves the right to tow vehicles parked in violation of these rules at owner's expense.
8.Payment is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $50 (Bobtail) or $100 (Truck + Trailer) will be assessed on the 2nd.
9.Payment must be made in full by the 5th of the month or the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.
10.Month-to-month billing. Cancel by calling (651) 515-5578 at least 7 days before your next billing date.
